Protecting your investment is important, and safeguarding the upkeep will continue to ensure its peak condition.  Our team of trusted and talented professionals are dedicated to ensuring your property is functional and pristine, providing a maintenance and preventative schedule across each aspect of your property. This ongoing programme and complete services package includes all of the components to support the seamless functioning and future preservation of your investment and surrounding landscape.  

TENANT READY

Your investment with us
comes with two guarantees.

Our 12-month Warranty Guarantee

Contractually all builders are required to make good any defects that occur within three months of the handover of the house. Our Guarantee is for twelve months. Just before the twelve months is up, we undertake a thorough inspection, review our findings with you and make good any defects.

Our six-year Construction Guarantee

By law all builders are required to provide a six-year guarantee only against structural defects. We go considerably further by also guaranteeing the workmanship of our direct employees and subcontractors for the same six-year period.

Note – this doesn’t include wear and tear from the use of the property or impacts caused by water and sun.

Maintenance Manager.

Their role is to help you maintain your investment to ensure your assets and cashflow is maximised. We will organise periodic inspection of your property to confirm if any maintenance work should be undertaken to protect the rental returns of our property.
