This project involved a targeted renovation designed to improve the functionality, presentation and structural stability of the existing dwelling while maintaining a cost-effective approach to the works.
The scope included selective demolition and removal of existing fixtures, linings and finishes throughout the property to prepare the home for refurbishment. New flooring, updated kitchen and bathroom finishes, and a full internal repaint were undertaken to refresh the interior and provide a clean, modern living environment. Bathroom upgrades included new tiles, vanity, bath, fixtures and fittings to bring the space up to contemporary standards and improve overall usability.
As part of the structural improvements, approximately 30% of the existing house piers were replaced to stabilise and re-level sections of the dwelling where settlement had occurred. This work ensured the integrity of the structure while allowing the remainder of the renovation works to proceed efficiently.
Additional works included minor repairs, joinery updates, installation of new fixtures and fittings, and improvements to selected external areas to enhance street presentation.
Overall, the works were carefully planned to deliver a refreshed and structurally sound home while maintaining efficiency and value within the project scope.
