The cosmetic renovation at 39 Tighes Terrace, focused on transforming an existing home into a comfortable, modern living environment while thoughtfully upgrading key areas throughout the property. The project included kitchens and bathrooms before introducing new spaces designed for durability and everyday comfort. A new kitchen with full-height joinery, modern appliances and waterfall island bench became a focal point of the home, while updated bathrooms feature full-height tiling, frameless shower screens and contemporary fixtures. Internally, new flooring, fresh paint, upgraded services and modern joinery helped unify the entire home and bring a clean, cohesive feel to each space.

Externally, the home was further enhanced with new blackbutt timber decking and stairs, updated landscaping and refreshed exterior finishes, helping connect the indoor living areas with the outdoor space. Together, these upgrades created a property that balances modern functionality with a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
