At 17 Clara Street, the goal was to take a modest weatherboard home and reimagine the way it could be lived in — creating a brighter, more open layout while carefully refreshing every space throughout the property.

Throughout the home, new laminate flooring, fresh carpet to bedrooms, updated fixtures and fittings, and a full internal and external repaint helped create a clean and cohesive finish. A new kitchen, upgraded bathrooms, refreshed laundry and a rear deck area further improved the usability of the home, complemented by minor landscaping works to lift the overall presentation.
